We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we offer returns and exchanges under the conditions below.
1. Return Period
Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the order.
2. Eligible Reasons for Return
Returns may be requested for:
- Damaged items
- Wrong item received
- Size exchange
- Change of mind
3. Return Conditions
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Original packaging intact
- Tags attached
- No signs of use
Urban Streetwears reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
4. Return Shipping
If the return is due to:
- Damaged item
- Wrong item
Urban Streetwears will cover the return shipping cost.
For other reasons such as size exchange or change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued through:
- Original payment method
- Store credit
6. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return including:
- Worn or used items
- Items without original tags
- Damaged items caused by misuse
